An example of what we do is;
A client Is struggling to sell their property primarily due to the property being tired and in need of modernisation and freshened up throughout. Unfortunately, they do not have the funds to be able to do this but we step in to help with the following proposal. The property is valued prior to work commencing then we cover the cost of and project manage a refurbishment and upgrade of the property. The property is then revalued and after adding significant value, the client goes on to sell the property, with the proceeds of the sale covering the cost of the refurbishment along with a percentage fee of the value we added through the refurbishment.
This results in a win, win scenario…. Our client sells their house for significantly more than they originally expected following a refurbishment that did not cost them anything. Our fee is taken as a percentage of the value we added to the property after the work is complete and the house is sold.
